Prior to starting Shift CRM, Jonathon worked at V2 Strategic Advisors as Vice President, where he lead the company's delivery team, managed new and existing client relationships and continuously refined V2's agile processes. Jonathon was Vice President of Interactive and Information Technology at VerticalScope where he was responsible for the reliability, availability and scalability of the company's large network of websites.

Calvin manages Shift's team of highly skilled and experienced consultants that deliver our professional implementation services for salesforce.com customers. As a Certified Salesforce.com Advanced Administrator and Certified Force.com Developer, he provides support to the consulting team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of customer service and support. Customer success with Salesforce and cloud-based technologies is Calvin's top priority.
Calvin was a well-regarded Sales Engineer and Account Executive at salesforce.com from 2006 to 2009 and worked with over 500 different companies during his tenure. At salesforce.com, he was a member of the Customer Service Ambassador team, interfacing directly with Product Management teams responsible for the Service Cloud, Customer Portal, and Salesforce Knowledge. Calvin formed his own successful Salesforce CRM consulting firm, Caleqo Resources, in the summer of 2009. Caleqo and Shift CRM merged in February 2010.
Will Wong is a long time Salesforce veteran, having worked at salesforce.com for over 5 years as an Account Executive. He has consulted and managed over 1,000 small business customer accounts during this time there. Will left salesforce.com in August 2010, having achieved Peak Performer's Club for sales and customer service excellence 4 years in a row.
Will has over 10 years of Sales and CRM experience. Before salesforce.com, he worked as a Consultant at Edge Interactive selling industry-specific CRM solutions and interactive advertising.
